GENERAL INFORMATION

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Our Reception team will notify you via text message if your room is ready early.

What is the Resort Fee on my reservation?
A resort fee of 6% of the nightly room rate included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: daily hot breakfast service in the Hangout, on-site mountain bike and snowshoe gear for guests to use during stay, access to gear storage garage, coffee and tea service available all day in the lobby, s'mores kits and firepits, fun lawn games, and Wi-Fi.

Why do you request my mobile phone number at time of booking?
We use text messages to interact with our guests. We will text you with arrival information before your stay. You can text us at 208.960.6011 with any questions or requests, and during your stay. Forgot your toothbrush? Text us. Need your room serviced? Text us. Looking for local recommendations? Text us!

Should you wish to opt of out receiving texts from Hotel Ketchum, simply reply “Stop” at any time. Standard text messaging charges will apply from your mobile service provider.

Are pets allowed at Hotel Ketchum?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to call Hotel Ketchum their home away from home. A nightly $25.00 cleaning fee (per pet, max two) will be added to your room total. 10% of all pet fees are donated to Mountain Humane.

Other types of pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at  info@hotelketchum.com, call us at 208.471.4716. Please review our pet policy. A waiver must be signed and adhered to.

When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your entire stay at time of booking or on the day of your cancellation policy expiration, depending on the dates and rate you booked. Discounted rates are often charged at the time of booking.  Please contact the hotel at 208.471.4716 to confirm your payment dates. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $25.00 per day. All outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time before your deposit is taken by calling us at 208.471.4716. After your deposit is taken, a 5% service charge applies to change deposits to cover credit card processing fees.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@hotelketchum.com, call us at 208.471.4716, or text us at 208.960.6011. Cancellation policies vary depending on the dates and the rate that you booked. Please check your confirmation e-mail or contact the hotel to confirm your cancellation policy.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
We are committed to providing guests and team members with a smoke-free environment. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited in all public spaces (indoors and outdoors), as well as in guest rooms.

Do you have free WiFi?
WiFi is included with the resort fee and can be accessed anywhere on property including the lobby and The Hangout.

What dining options are available?
Breakfast is included for all overnight guests and is available at The Hangout from 7 AM – 10 AM daily. For lunch and dinner, we recommend our friends at Ramen Cowboy, located on our property grounds. Indulge your sweet tooth with a taiyaki ice cream from Ramen Cowboy Sweet Spot, located in The Pasture.

Do you have a spa?
We don’t have a spa onsite, but we are happy to make recommendations for local spas. Please contact us by email at info@hotelketchum.com, call us at 208.471.4716, or text us at 208.960.6011 for information.

Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, coin-operated machines are located across from the lobby entrance.

Do you offer valet parking?
No, but there is plenty of free, onsite parking in our lot. Please make sure to grab a permit from Reception.

Do you have bike/ski/snowboard storage? What about rentals?
Yes, we have storage for all of your gear in the Gear Garage, located near Reception. Black Tie Ski & Bike Rentals are on-site and available for all your winter and summer rental needs.

 

GUEST ROOMS

How often will my room be cleaned?
We offer limited housekeeping services, provided once every third day of your stay*. If you would like to opt out of our third day housekeeping services, please let Reception know when you arrive. Fresh towels, fresh linens, trash collection and additional services may be performed upon request.

*The scheduling of room cleaning during a stay may be altered based on guest requirement.

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
No, we do not offer rollaways. We do have “pack ‘n’ plays” available for small children. Bedding is not provided. Please contact us directly to request. Please note the maximum occupancy for each room.

GROUP & SOCIAL GATHERINGS

Can I reserve a block of rooms?
Yes! Please fill out our Group Request for Proposal form with details of your room block and we will contact you.

Can I host a meeting or event at Hotel Ketchum?
Yes! We have indoor meeting space that comfortably seats up to 60 guests. Please fill out our Group Request for Proposal form with details of your event and we will contact you.
